Shipping Policy

At Kiama Boutique we ship across Australia and want every order to arrive smoothly. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship

We currently deliver only within Australia. We do not ship to any other country at this time. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location, with remote and regional areas sometimes taking a little longer.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day where possible. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer. We'll let you know if anything is delayed.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on every order, no minimum spend.

Estimated delivery times

  • Processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit: 4–9 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Total delivery: 5–12 business days
  • Order cutoff: 4:00 PM
  • Time zone: AEST (GMT +10)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Order tracking

After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order summary. Once your parcel is dispatched, we'll send tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery delays

Our standard delivery window is 5–12 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within that time, please allow an extra 3 business days before contacting us. Delays are more common during peak periods, public holidays, and severe weather.

Failed deliveries or returned parcels

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll get in touch to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email support@kiamaboutique.com straight away (with photos in the case of damage). We'll work with the carrier to investigate and put it right as quickly as we can.

Orders marked as delivered

If tracking shows your order as delivered to the address you provided but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered to the address you supplied, or for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing has begun, our standard return procedure applies.

Updates to this policy
