Return & Refund Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return conditions

To be accepted, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

How to return an item

  1. Request your return: Email support@kiamaboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive instructions: We'll reply with the return address and how to prepare your parcel.
  3. Prepare the item: Make sure it meets the return conditions above.
  4. Pack it securely: Protect the item so it isn't damaged in transit.
  5. Ship it with tracking: Send the parcel to the address we provide, using a tracked service (return postage is covered by the customer). Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be processed.
  6. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm the outcome.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and confirm the outcome within 7 business days. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method in AUD within 5 business days of acceptance. Your bank or card provider may need extra time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received it, email support@kiamaboutique.com .

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or you've received the wrong product, email support@kiamaboutique.com straight away with photos so we can assess it. You'll be offered a free replacement or a full refund.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing has begun, the standard return procedure above applies.

Non-returnable items

We can't accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items. Contact us first if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For a minor failure we may choose to repair or replace the item. The 30-day return above is offered in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the ACL.
