We currently deliver only within Australia. We do not ship to any other country at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with transit taking a further 4–9 business days — a total of 5–12 business days (Monday–Friday).

Is there an order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM AEST are processed the same business day where possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel to your door.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it — what now?

If tracking shows your order as delivered to the address you provided but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer.

How do I start a return, and when is my refund processed?

Email support@kiamaboutique.com with your order number and reason. Once your return arrives, we inspect it and, if approved, issue your refund to your original payment method. Timeframes are set out in our policy.

My item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — what do I do?

Please email support@kiamaboutique.com straight away with photos so we can assess it. You'll be offered a free replacement or a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept, and is checkout secure?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Checkout is secured with SSL encryption and processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once processing has begun, our standard return procedure applies.
